Please do not use this companyI went here because I had spongy brakes and my brake fluid level seemed to drop over a few daysThey charged me over $for new brake pads, new master cylinder, they told me all of my rotors were bad and had to be replacedWhen I refused to have the rotors replaced they stated that all the warrenties on the pads & master cylainder would be null and I would have squealing and my brakes would vibrate because I refused to have the rotors replacedI took the car to the dealer who asked why I had changed the items stated above as the pads last 100k miles (I was at 49k) and the MC was not a good one and there had been nothing wrong with the other one as the issue that caused the spongy brakes was the power brake unit and I will continue to have spongy brakes due to the non factory MC usedThey examined the rotors and different technicians stated they looked almost brand new and there was not enough wear for them to have been replacedI am extrememly dissatisfied with the way I was treatedWhne they first called me & stated that I needed the pads & rotors replaced & it would be about $for thatI called them back & agreed to the pads but not the rotorsThey stated the vehicle would be ready anytime after noonI came to pick up my vehicle at 3:but was told that they did not have a good phone number & they now need to replace the MC because the brakes are still spongyI leave the vehicle with them (this was on a Saturday) I have to get a ride to & from my work (I work across town so I have to inconvenience friends & family to get to & from work)Midas stated the car would be done by 3:on Monday So I leave work early so I can make sure everything is done before Midas closes.I call them about 3:and am told it is on the rack but should be done soonI call again on my way there to pick up the car & they state it is still not ready - it will be about an hourI call again around 4:and it still isn't ready - maybe an hourI go there @ 5:(they close at 6:00) and I wait there for my car until 6:The guy doing the test drive pretty much just jumps from the car as the others lock the doors behind me and says the car is fineI get in the car & hit the brakes to take the car out of park and my foot goes to the floor and there are these horrible squealing noises and my brake pedal vibrates as I am pushing it to the floorBy now I am the only one there so I drive it home all that way praying I do not have to stop shortI get up & go to the shop the next day at 6:( they do not open until 7:but there is alot less traffic at 6:because I am not at all comfortable driving the car.) They took my car in again and about hours later they tell me I should take it to the Mazda dealer as they will cover the cost of the part I need as an extended warrantyI had to take another day off taking care of the mess that Midas made of my car
