Midas Auto Services Everett

I took my car into my local Midas in May of 2019 to have work done on my front tires. I paid almost $1,000 in repairs.
About 2 months ago while I was driving down the road my right passenger tire fell off my car. When I took it to another mechanic to be repaired they looked up my car fax and discovered that I had that work done in 2019 and told me it was clear that they used wrong parts when repairing my car ultimately causing the tire to fall off over time. They also informed me that this would likely happen on the left side eventually. So now I am down another $1,000 in repairs with a possibility of it happening again which could be VERY dangerous.
I have called and emailed the local Midas and have not got any response. I contacted corporate via email and they responded claiming the local Midas says they have NO RECORD of working on my vehicle.

It seems that most people only give a review for a business when they feel they have been ripped-off or are unsatisfied in some way. I wanted to give kudos to Midas after taking my car in for a service recently. I had gone to *** for an oil change, and they claimed I needed both front and rear brake pads, and rear rotors replaced. They said my brake pads were 90 percent used up and the rotors were too thin. I was kind of dubious about this, but I made an appointment to have the brakes done later. I went through my records and the last time my brakes were checked they were at 60 percent. I took my car to Midas where they checked the brakes and said I had been lied to, the brakes were still at 60 percent and were fine. I appreciated the honesty and I'm glad I kept good records. I will take my car to Midas again, but I will never give *** my business.
