[redacted] We replaced front brakes & adjusted the rear brakes on Ms [redacted] 's [redacted] on 9/19/ The rear brake shoes were plenty thick but were out of adjustment She came back 10/with a squeak so we replaced the front pads again Sometimes new pads will squeak and if it's bad, we just put new pads on She came back again complaining of a squeak This time one technician stood outside the vehicle while another tech moved the vehicle in the parking lot while applying the brakes The squeak was coming from the rear We gave her an estimate for doing the rear brakes if she wanted to get rid of the noise, but that the brakes were fine and had thick shoes Her check engine light had nothing to do with a brake job & would have been a totally different service I am the owner and I talked to her several times I'm not sure what she keeps going on about There is absolutely no wrong doing on our part and neither my son, nor I, were rude to her[redacted] As an add on, this is from Midas of Casper Ms [redacted] also complained to Midas International and they stated to her there was no wrong doing on our part Thank you.LouAnn D [redacted] ***

BEWARE!!! We've been with this credit union for over 27years and just recently experienced an unauthorized transfer from our checking account to our Visa account! It was a huge $$ amount and really put us in a bind When confronting the supervisor, all they had to offer is that they have the right to do that! We felt that was theft and they need to obtain authorization before transferring funds anywhere Needless to say, we no longer do business there and would like to warn others about this unauthorized transfer of your funds BEWARE!
