Brought my car in to have the rear ponion seal replacedA week later it had to be replaced againTechTold me it was probably a bad sealThey replaced it under warranty Well a week later it needed to be replaced againI told the techI found it hard to believe that I got two bad seals in a rowBecause of the loss of fluid I now have a howling noise coming from the rearThe tech said everything was fineThat it could be my front wheel bearings .so I decided to get a second opinion And found out that because of the loss of fluid my rear pinion gear was getting hot causing it to howlI think that midas should be responsible for covering the cost of repair if the pinion gear is bad

I wouldn't bring my car back to Midas if it was the last auto service place on earth! I have never in my years of owing and servicing my cars been treated so ruthless, cruel and corrupt by anyoneHolding my automobile hostage because you didn't accept the only form of payment I had without any notification of payment restrictions until I was at the register was malicious and diabolical behaviorHaving to call the Alpharetta police to have your so called manager take my payment and release my car back to me was atrociousYour company has some serious issues it needs to deal with or you won't be around longAnd you better believe I'm telling everyone I know what happened and to avoid your business by all means available

My complaint is with the Midas just south of Gardner on Tamiami Trail Sothside service roadThe place is a rip offDon't take your car thereI was charged $ dollars for the rear axle brakes!!!! They mark their parts up outragiouslyThey are not honestI tryiong to save me money the cost me money NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!! I am new to the area and they thought they'd take advantage of meI spent years taking care of ground equipment for a major ailine, one axle brake job doesn't cost $***

I sent an email to Midas head office in Aug. , 2015 regarding an inquiry that was ignored, along with 3 follow-up emails until late Sept. at which time I finally received a response that the local manager would contact me. It is now Nov. 9 and NO-ONE has even tried to call. Attempts to re-contact Midas head office have again been ignored.
Great service , guys & gals, great way to retain customers by showing how much you care.
