I spoke with Mr.*** prior to his complaint to the Revdex.com, I'm sympathetic with his situtation, however Mr*** furnished my shop with a part(radiator) to install on his vehicle, when a customer furnishes a part for installation there is no warranty on
that product by the installing facility or the labor used to install that productIn Mr.*** case,as I have explained to him he has a product failure, the radiator that he supplied is defectiveHe brought the vehicle back to us a week after we installed it which was on January 28,we reinspected the vehicle and determined that the radiator has a cracked tank,(defective product) not an installation issueNow months later Mr.*** went to another repair shop and had the radiator replaced, on their invoice it is documented that the radiator has a cracked tank, their is nothing else notated about the part failureIts documetated that on there invoice that there is no warranty on the part or the labor because the customer furnished the partMy shops buy thousands of parts every year and unfortunatly occasianly the brand new part will fail, it happens, however when this happens to a product that i've sold to a customer I must take the part off, replace it with another and take care of my customerFrom there I return the part to the supplier and I file a labor claim to be reimbursed for the product and the laborMr.*** furnished the part to both repair shops, thus we are not responsiable for the part failureI told Mr.*** that his issue is with the part supplier, they should be replacing the part for the defective part and that he can file a labor cliam to be reimbursed for the replacement laborI told Mr.*** that I would help him with this process, I assume now that he has chosen not to follow throurgh on that process and instead chose to write the Revdex.comI will not be refunding any money for the labor that was paid to install the product that the customer furnished to us

 Previous responses you made have not addressed any of this issues. And I want my money back cos you did not fix my car if you do a good service no one will complain about your business
