Please be advised that on February 7, 2014, *** *** was contacted. When she returned the car had a backing plate rubbing, we fixed it and offered her an oil change for her troublePlease consider this issue closed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I was given a set of faulty break pads that went out on my way homeThe service man confirmed they were faultyThen my car wasn't fixed right the 2nd time eitherAfter hours of inconvenience and our safety being an issue; an oil change does not justify what happenedThe service was not worth the priceAnd there is no way I would take my car back there for anything after all of that.
