I HAVE OWNED MY BUSINESS FOR YEARS,IF *** HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE WORK WE DID WHY DIDN'T HE COME BACK AND TALK TO US, AND WHY DID HE WAIT A MONTH, YOU WOULD THINK WHEN HE PICKED HIS PICKUP UP HE WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SEE IF HIS RIMS WERE
CLEAN OR NOT AND IF NOT CAME BACK IN AND COMPLAINED, THAT NEVER HAPPENED.WE DON'T CLAIM TO BE PERFECT OR SAY WE NEVER MAKE MISTAKES BUT WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR WORK WE NEVER DID

I DID come in and I did complain and I HAVE PICTURES to prove the rims they claimed to clean were not cleaned!! For your business you have owned for years to tell ME NOTHING was wrong with anything but mud on the rims and to "clean" them for $97.00!!!! and for me THE CUSTOMER to drive away having the same issuesI went straight to good year to get the job done CORRECT!! No one in your company even called me for days to tell me the truck was "done"I will gladly come in to speak to you about it in person!!!! Whom do I have the pleasure of speaking to when I stop by??
