The service tech was called out to MsH***'s residence and was told the refrigerator had a buzzing noise and the doors did not work. When the tech arrived, he found there was no buzzing noise and the doors worked fine. The service call was $80, but Msh*** never paid the bill and The
Appliance Store has waived the feesSome months later, MsH*** again called and said there was a loud noise coming from the refrigerator. The tech came out to find the drain had iced up. He unclogged the drain and installed a drain kit. The Appliance Company again waived the $service fee and charged only the repair cost and installing the drain kitApproximately one month later the refrigerator's control board failed and the cost to repair was more than the cost for the fridge. It was unfortunate that this happened just one month after the previous repair, but the problems were not related. The Appliance Store

Review: I went to Midas because they offered a full vehicle inspection, I was told that they can fix my heated, prior What was told to me I took the vehicle in to be fix and sadly to say the heater did not get fix. Midas changed items on vehicle that didn't require changing and charge me. As of today I still don't have heat in my truck, Midas and I contract that they can fix the heater. But didn't follow through and still I had to pay them. My complaint is that they didn't service my heater and now the Manager [redacted] tells me to bring it TO THE DEALERSHIP. I feel that he should have inquired the decision to bring it to the dealership before his crew attempt to fix my heater.Desired Settlement: I desire that Midas reimburse me half of the total or even the labor cost. Simply because Midas didn't fix my heater, and [redacted] insist that I take my vehicle to the dealership, all could have been avoided had they said that they can't fix it.I could have taken my truck to the dealership and wouldn't be going through this complaint, which is very stressful because I tried many time to contact the owner at ###-###-#### for complaint and no return call back.Thank You,

Review: It was recommended when I dropped my vehicle off on 12/12/13 that my 2006 Jeep Liberty needed a tune-up, belt replacement and gas cap after a diagnostic. I approved the work to be done. When I picked my Jeep up at 5pm (closing time) My Jeep started making a rattling nose, after lifting the hood, the noise was coming from the new belt. I tried leaving it on Monday, 12/16/2013 and Mr. [redacted] the Manager stated he had too many vehicles to work on and wasn't going to be able to take a look at it. I was able to leave it today and received a call from Mr. [redacted] that the belt was not tight because he needed to replace another part for $300. At no time was I informed that replacing the new belt, that it was not going to be just like I gave it to him. Mr. [redacted] stated If I do not get the new part, my Jeep would be unsafe to drive. Midas replaced a working belt with a new one, but did not replaced it properly and now wants me to pay again. My husband and I feel like we are being ripped off, and this was done on purpose. At no time were we told because of the 118,000 miles that the belt would loosen. Mr. [redacted] is using this as excuse for the added part.Desired Settlement: We want the Jeep performing like we gave it to Midas. We want the belt to fit just like the original one taken off and replaced.
