Recently had an older wood residenial garage door removed and replaced with new more efficent steel door supplied by Creative DoorThe experience was smooth and efficent from start to finishThe only minor complaint is the time it took for the new door to be availableNot a big deal and this wasn't an urgent re and re but it was close to twice the time as originally estimated

The installation technican went above and beyond to insure the installation was done rightHe was very knowledgale and corrected a number of problems from the original linstallation and things that other service technicans had not picked up on from multiple service calls over the years

He went way beyond what was expected, with such concern for really doing a superb job -and I think he did. He is a real professional craftsman. Michelle, the office person, was helpful, answered my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend them more highly.
