I am rejecting this response because: I am not surprised by her response, apparently she has proven by her response that this is a business with no commitment to customer serviceYes, after one community sale I had many items that needed to be sold I sough out Midas for assistance for larger items that did not saleYes, I was in Branson Missouri which was a six month planned day trip, *** knew about it and said she and her staff could do the work without me being home. Once again I am the customer who was treated unfairly, highly insulted by this companies behavior toward me and yet she has never said sorry or agreed to make any financially compensation for my dissatisfactionI once again ask her to do the right thing and send additional payment

We went into her home on Saturday before her scheduled date for the Estate Sale. We spent about 5 hours cleaning and straightening in the garage. The client was in no way ready for a sale. had quarters there. She had told me that she was ready. I started straightening and there was a suitcase lying in the floor. I started sorting thing and organizing and came upon a whole bag full of medicine. I called her and she said no we couldn't do that area. We then went up into the bar area and started opening things to set them out. There were multiples of the same things I again called her. She said these belonged to her church. I took pictures of the chaos which I could send to you all to see that she was not ready. It was only then that I told her we would have to postpone her sale. We returned the following Saturday when the client was home and it was obvious that she was never going to be ready so we worked, did the best we could, and did the sale the following week. The refrigerator that she speaks about was at least 12 years old. She expected us to get $1200. The frig was dirty and in poor state of visible repair. She said someone told her I had a sale the day before and drew a better crowd. I had no sale the day before and in fact I was in the hospital and actually left the hospital against medical advice to get to her sale. St. Luke's computers were down and I was to be discharged but was not able to wait for the proper discharge. I arrived at her home at 9 a.m. We do not let buyers in until that time. My whole staff was there and working. I have a very good staff. They could have managed without me. We drew a poor crowd but I was told by her neighbors that she had already had 2 garage sales. If I known this, I would never have done her sale. Her sale was up on all five web sites as outlined in the contract and I can get verification of all of these. I also had to pay for one site twice since I had to postpone her sale.I had to refund a lot of the buyers monies since she would not allow them to have what at that point they had bought and paid for. This woman broke the contract on so many levels that I am the one that should be compensated for time and revenue lost. For her to say I am a racist was a cheap shot. I know there are some people that pull that card and that is just plain sick!

My contract clearly states that we do not do clean out. In my interview with the client I do tell them that if there needs to be a clean out, I can facilitate that for them. I tell them that I get 2 bids and then I contact them with the bids. If they agree on the price, I will have the clean out...

person go ahead. Once that person has completed the job to my satisfaction, I will pay the clean out person out of the proceeds from their sale. We try to sell everything but sometimes due to the condition of the merchandise, selling it is not possible. I believe this home may have sat empty for 5 years. Things on the lower level were moldy and throughout the house things were very smelly.
