Review: This business has several locations and I cannot be certain the service technician was dispatched from the business address in this complaint.

A service technician apparently came to my house about a month ago when no one was at home and performed a termite inspection.

I had not authorized, ordered or scheduled an inspection. A bill for $95 was left in my mailbox. I could not believe this was an actual bill but believed it to be a solicitation for the service. I ignored the bill and now have received a dunning notice for collection on 10/02/2015.

Again I did not authorize, agree to, ask for or schedule any service. I was not at home and have no idea what if any service was performed. The technician had no permission to come onto my property.

My only previous contact with this company was to have a termite treatment done about 2 years ago. I believe this to be a "slamming" method to generate revenue for the company.Desired Settlement: I want this company to credit out the invoice presented for unauthorized service. I want no record of late payment to appear in my credit history.

I want them to remove my name and address from their customer database. I want no more contact from this company.
