Midccrown Pavilion Senior Apartments

I was contacted today Monday 1/29/by Midcrown management ***/***) about the complaint/ concern that I contacted Revdex.com on /23/by phone and was accused of not being a happy person! This is very odd being that I just contacted Revdex.com with a request and or complaint about Midcrown, Now I am being harassed by Midcrown management? I did request to speak with their corporate office and was told that their [redacted] , [redacted] would contact meThis is a big problem because she retaliated against me because I contacted SAHA with my concerns/complaints and told by them to “just move” I like my apartment and can not afford to move! Moreover, why can’t these problems/ concerns be fixed and a meeting set up with capstone management corporate and myself???A very frustrated tenant at Midcrown Pavilion Senior apartmentsSincerely, [redacted] ***

To Whom it May Concer: There have been recent allegations towards our community about our lack of urgency regarding your concernsI'd like to state first and foremost our top priority is the care and management of our residents and property. In order to properly address your concerns, we have scheduled a meeting with the management team and yourself on 2/6/We ask that you please bring forth any documentation you may have to support your claims so we have an open forum to discuss the concerns and our plan of action moving forward. Again we would like to reiterate that the management of this property and its residents are primarily our concern, and we wish to thoroughly investigate each and every allegation diligently in hopes to prevent future discrepancies from happening. I am rejecting this response because: Again I have very briefly spoke to [redacted] And [redacted], who showed up at my apartment door unannounced on 1/31/2018 at 2:55pm stated that “now” after two years of me emailing Capstone management, that they would like to come in side my apartment to speak with me about my concerns and complaints! I refused this meeting that [redacted] set for 2/1/2018 with them, and then I asked could [redacted] supervisor or corporate of capstone management be present for this meeting to possibly have a non-bias person at the meeting and have corporate be alerted as to the management team that they have picked to manage Midcrown is not being responsible in handling my concerns and complaints. Moreover, I would like to ask Capstone CEO and or corporate why they have also ignored my emails and blocked me from contacting them! Now I see that [redacted] response is to say that she set another meeting with her management team on 2/6/2018 that I am not aware of, and will not be attending unless Capstone management company has corporate and someone further up the chain of command and over [redacted] and [redacted] because of their very unprofessional and unconcern for me as a tenant here in my community at the Midcrown Pavilion Senior apartments!!Sincerely, [redacted]
