I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI didn't tell him that I didn't have the money.He informed me to call [redacted] of [redacted] for the cv joint axle they said that it was a $part Billy was on speaker phone and heard that call and said hang up don't waste your time and informed,me him and his son blew the part out and it wasn't making the noise.I'm not the only one who has accused him of selling lemon,cars(removed third party reviews)

would like to first start by stating that Ms*** (Perkins at the time of sale) purchased herToyota Ravfrom MidCity Motors on June 28, not stated by her as June 24, Also theodometer reading was 127,925, which in NY state there is no implied warranty on vehicles with over100,000k on the odometerMs*** states in her complaint that her SUV has been in the shop weeklysince owning itWe have not seen her or heard of any known complaints nor have we seen any receiptsfrom weekly problems that she is having fixedMs*** came in approxweeks ago for a chirpingnoise she heard when she backs upAfter looking over vehicle and giving her a price she stated shedidn't not have the money at the current time and leftMs*** has owned the vehicles for a year andmonths as it currently standsShe is stating that her frame is unsafe and rottedIn NYS a vehicle isrequired to have inspection every monthsThat's would lead Ms*** to have to had get aninspection sometime at the end of June beginning of July If she had a rotted or unsafe frameit would not have passed a NYS inspectionI do not believe that there is a lemon law problem as it doesnot even pertain to any problem Ms*** is trying to addressThese are accusationsPlease feelfree to call if any more information is neededThank you for your time in this matter.Regards: *** Wheeler
