Midco Sales submitted our credit application to a fraudulent companyJim K [redacted] at (Midco sales) called and said that he has another company that can get the deal done as if he has dealt with the company before Jim asked if it was alright to submit our credit application to this company and we said yes, not knowing at the time that Jim at Midco Sales submitted our information to a fraudulent companyWe received phones calls from Midco Sales and the fraudulent company stating that we where approved for financingWe also received an email on April 13, stating that we were approved for financing and that Midco sales was informed of the approval, also with instructions on what steps we needed to take to complete the processEnclosed in the email was a Pre-funding Acceptance Contract with the same trailer Vin number that was on the invoice that we had received from Mark O [redacted] from Midco salesIt was then we followed the instructions from the email and deposited $into the fraudulent company's account After days of silence we contacted Jim K [redacted] at Midco Sales to see how far along in the process we wereJim called us back later and stated "it seems we have been scammed" and was apologetic and invited us to his officeWe arrive at the office the next morning where we sat in the lobby for an hour waiting to talk to Jim, only to hear that Jim wasn't going to be in the office until next weekWe then spoke with the owner of Midco sales Mark O [redacted] and he stated that he was informed about the situation only the night before we meet at the officeMark O [redacted] offered to give us a $discount on the equipment to cover our lostWe don't want to deal with Midco Sales since we have had this happen to usWe asked to be reimburse for our $that was lost and was deniedSince then we have reported the incident to Phoenix police, Gila River police, The Attorney Generals office, and The Revdex.comAll we are asking is that Midco Sales take responsibility for their part in this incident and reimburse us for our lost

I, Jim K***, called *** to ask her permission to send her credit application to a lender that had cold called me that day She said yes I never said I had worked with the lender before The Customer then proceeded to deal with the lender directly and eventually depositing CASH into the fraudulent account The customer never told me what they were doing and never kept me in the loop as to what they were doingI even talked to *** and *** a couple times after they deposited the cash and before we found out the lender was fraudulent and they never mentioned they deposited cash into a bank account In no industry should a lender require you to deposit CASH into a bank account I do feel bad that they lost $2500, but Midco Sales did offer them a $discount on a trailer, but they decided to storm out of the office and post poor reviews on the internet which showed us they didn't want to work with us on a resolutionThe Thursday morning after we were made aware of the scam the customer came into the office Mark O*** explained to them that he had just found out about it the previous night and needed a few minutes to get all the info(Mark was not in the office Wednesday and I was out of the office Thursday through Sunday) Mark was also with another customer when *** and *** arrived so, they did have to wait for about minutes

All we are asking is that Midco Sales take responsibility for their part in this incident and reimburse us for our lost.
