Review: When I called to terminate service, I was told there would be yet another service fee of $15.00 to collect the garbage cart.Desired Settlement: There should be no service charge to take back a container that was free to begin with. I was never given a contract that stated there would be a fee. I was told over the phone after requesting termination of services.

Kindly please note our company has recently introduced a tote delivery and a tote removal fee for residential customers. All signing up customers are advised of these service fees. We understand this customer signed up with us a long time ago, therefore we will honor her request and remove said fee of $15.00 for her account. Please let us know if further assistance is required.
