We are sorry that [redacted] was not happy with the price quoted when he checked our reservation website online, or when it was substantiated by our Customer Service Department in? a subsequent phone call.? Our online? "Sample Rate Page" clearly states that prices are subject to change based upon availability and time of day.? This is standard practice? in the car service industry? Dial tries to serve the needs of all our customers and would have refunded the requested $as a matter of courtesy, however, a search of? our records indicates that? [redacted] didn't actually use our service and? only made a price inquiry.? After the initial mishandling of the situation, we attempted to honor the quoted price.? However, by that time [redacted] has chosen an alternate means to his destination.? The driver did NOT leave the location It's true that the car circled the driveway of our building while my wife went inside to get something, but it never went onto a street or traveled more than meters from our door If your "state of the art" GPS systems shows otherwise, it is in error Not only that, there was no necessity for the driver to circle, that was his choice He had only traveled a few feet before stopping to let my wife out, and could have backed up Finally, this entire process only took a few minutes As for the tolls, I have no idea what the response is talking about With EZ pass or without, the toll outbound through the Holland tunnel is $ There is a very small toll (a few dollars) for the route the driver took after exiting the tunnel

I did use the service and provided the confirmation code, as requested in my response through Revdex.com Now the Dial response is that because I used the service, I can't receive a refund!First, they say no refund because I DIDN't use the service; now they say no refund, because I DID!!
