Middle Neck Organic Cleaners

Review: I dropped my winter coat to be dry cleaner at this facility over 3 months ago. They told me it would take one week for them to do the cleaning. Which I was fine with. This turned into the biggest nightmare. It's the end of December I still do not have my coat. I need to call everyday or go to the store and beg them to give my coat back. They have ruined all of the leather around the zipper. They have made my beautiful coat look like a cheap piece of junk. The clerks name is [redacted] who all of a sudden pretends she doesn't speak English anymore and says she is the owner when in reality she is not. I asked her to pay me back for my jacket she refused I then asked for half of the amount she refused. On the back of my ticket it says if something is damaged I can reciepe up to 10 times the amount of the ticket proce. The ticket says I should pay 50$ for cleaning the coat. So 50*10 =500 and she isn't willing to so that either. I am able to provide pics with all different dates to show how many times I have gone. I have the receipt of drop off and when it should have been ready. I really need someone's help to address this person. She is so rude and unhelpful I really appreciate any helpThank youDesired Settlement: My coat is retailed for 850$ so I would like to get my money back. Plus I had to go buy another coat since winters in ny are freezing and they were holding ontomy coat. I had to keep calling and all the woman kept saying is I need more time ... It's been almost more than 3 mnths
