When explaining a repair to me they never talk to me like I'm an it just because I am a girlThey never try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff like the big chainsMy car can be a little quirky on repairs for some reason...and with one recent repair I literally took it back to the chain store 12+ times and it still wasn't right MidTn figured it out on the first goAnd they don't move my seat!

I called to get a quote for rear wheel bearings replaced on my truckwas quoted dollars but the price doubled after they got it in the shop
I called and got a quote for replacement of rear wheel bearingslady on phone had to call me back with a price and that amount was around 350$once they got the truck into the shop the quote doubledthey said after the fact that the quote didnt include parts pricesthey said everyone quotes like that and leaves out the parts pricei now have the option to pay them for a towing fee (i have insurance that would have covered that had I known there was a fee for that too) and diagnostic fee or pay the 650-$ to fix the wheel bearings
