I was desperate for help in a short noticeI was alone and in need of moving my entire house to an apartmentOne guy they sent was around and could not tape a box shutThe other looked and spoke as if he was in a gangI was doing most the work for hoursWhen I went to meet them at my apartment it took them more hours to get thereIt's a min driveI had a wallet full of cash and the moment I turned my back it was gone!!! I also realized the next day that quite a bit of things were missingWhen I asked the guys about it, he told me he would bring them back to meHe did not return everything or the moneyAs I unpacked I realized so many other things were missingI've tried to call, text and email the owner as well of the guy who moved meNo one will call or answerI have been devastated from this experienceFor $*** an hour I expected so much morePlus they charge for gas and for dive time so you're paying for it twiceNot to mention I have no idea where they were for those hoursI guess they spent it going through my house picking the things they were going to rob me of

I'm *** I hired movers to help move pieces of furniture from *** to ***, in ***Of the items, were heavy or bulkyAll large items were in the garage and easily accessible for moveAdditionally, I had beds completely disassembled and ready for moveOnly of the big items was moved into the new house in the basement, the other two went in the garageIt took hours to complete this moveDuring the move the crew leader was constantly moving but not necessarily doing anythingThe other two crew members didn't seem to know what was going on and at times, all three movers would be putting blankets over one piece of furniture and/or waiting around for instructions from the crew leaderAt one point one of the movers disappeared into my bathroom for about minuted during the load

The crew from Middle West Movers did a great job helping us move. It was a small job, but they gave it their full attention by sending 3 people to complete the work. They were careful with our furniture, yet they worked quickly.
