This customer stated beer tasted bad to himI had a conversation with him on a prior purchase in which I exchanged beer for him and stated beer is not expired and not returnableI will do him this favor this time onlyHe stated he was okay with thatFew days later he purchased Dos Equis Lager pack and comes back stating it was bad, I reminded him of our conversation the last timeThe beer was still in code and I said he can write to the importer or distributor but this is not taste testing and keep exchanging beer in hereIn his complaint he stated that I told him I would not exchange or give refunds for beerHis reasoning for buying beer which higher cost does not make the beer taste good to him because of the pricePeople have different taste in choice of beer depending how it is brewed and ingredientsSo I don't believe I treated this customer wrong since I did relay to him about our exchange and refund policy before

I am rejecting this response because: the company representative never stated to contact the importer or distributorIn addition, I had bought bad beer on more occasions throwing it away before I decided to inform them about the bad tasteI decided to pay a higher price for beer I thought would be fresh, not under produced or handled less than manufacture care for quality, refrigeration for exampleWhen you drink a product more you know its tasteTherefore, it can not be judged by an individual's taste preferenceIn addition a company should not profit by statements of suchAs a consumer I want the best products for my moneyTherefore, any company knows to solve and take care of the customer, creating a good relationship and wanting them to returnThe money I paid for beer enables the company to buy more products, pay their employees and bills other than company expenseI just take a lossThat is why I want a refund for my purchase.
