I had used Middlebrooks last year to fix our air conditioner, in which they had done a good jobThis year when calling due to the ac not stopping and not blowing cold air, they sent a service man outHe checked the freon, said it needed non so attempted to clean our unitHave left only for their to be no change in the air temp and constant ac runningWhen calling back within less than a week, we could not get a definitive time for a service man to come back out with our work schedulesMy husband called another company that came out, immediately found the problem, replaced the stack heat sequencerOur total bill to fix the real issue with parts and labor was $123.17, just received the bill from Middlebrooks that did not fix our ac or use freon, their bill was $226.18, more than $higher to NOT fix our problemUpon calling they refused to come off their price because we did not use themAfter explaining I tried, they could not fit our schedule, the result was the same
Do not use this Middlebrooks Electric, misdiagnosed my electrical problem twice. Charged me $200 to replace two outlets that were working fine, and never fixed the culprit of my problem. All I needed was the main breaker replaced. On a third attempt to get them to diagnose the issue (only because we had already paid them) employee at the office stated they would have to charge time and half to come back out. This was 2pm in the afternoon. Called another company, they came out that afternoon, had the issue properly diagnosed in 15 minutes, and we had electricity in 30 minutes. Something Middlebrooks didn't accomplish in 2 separate visits & 2 hours of "Labor". E-mailed President with no response.
