Response taken via phone. We will be going to the job site with the Manufacturing Representative to address whatever issues are present We were their on 4-14-and the customer signed off and we thought the problem was solved Also the manufacturer field service representative
came on 5-28-and they replaced one window sash Again customer signed off that the problem was taken care off Issue has been resolved and confirmed by consumer

       I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and told her this and explained that we were very busy but would           take care of this very soon. I called her and left her a message on 10/23/2015 to set up            a time to take care of this. This is also a no charge replacement because the door has a             lifetime warranty.                                                                         Thanks Rick G[redacted]
