I am not sure what more I can sayIt is basically her word against mine, but I have ample documentationIn addition, she had enough areas injected that it is entirely realistic that a complete tube was usedShe had both her lips and nasolabial folds done, and that almost always takes a whole tube. I am not sure what she means by making a profit by withholding productThat benefits no one and is a ridiculous ideaI cannot use a single tube on more than one person, and I have never done thatAnd withholding product that was paid for is unethicalI just don't do thatThat is all I can say. Lastly, as I mentioned, she did not get in touch with us in a timely fashionBy her own telling, at least months went byI would never keep an open, used tube of *** that longComing back for additional treatment in a timely fashion is ENTIRELY her responsibilityShe failed to do that, and there is nothing further I can doI will not be giving her additional treatment at my expense. Dear *** ***, This is in response to the above mentioned complaint.This patient has been to my office on three occasions for cosmetic procedures, most recently on 4/14/At that time she received units of ***, and tube of *** fillerOf note, this is the exact same treatment she
received on two prior occasionsShe was well aware of our fee structure prior to any of these treatmentsI keep detailed notes, including diagrams, or treatment areas, and how much product I usedAccording to my notes, I used the entire tube of *** at the 4/14/appointmentHad I not, I would have made note of itFurthermore, while I do occasionally save partial tubes for patients for later use, I make it clear that I will only keep an open tube for approximately monthBeyond that, I am worried about hygiene and saftey issues, and I do not feel comfortable using open tubes of *** 3-mos after the tube was initially openedThis patient never came back or contacted us within a reasonable amount of timeRegarding her claim that we never responded to her calls, this is simply not trueMy cosmetic coordinator left her at least three messages, including one stating that we had no residual *** in the office for herTHese calls were witnessed by her office mateThe patient never responded to any of these calls, and then claimed that she did not get the messagesShe came to our office, was irate and abusive, and wanted to speak with meShe was informed that I would be happy to discuss it with her, but I was with other patients and there would be a waitShe stormed out of our office at that point, stating that she would file a complaint. I have been practicing in *** for nearly nineteen yearsI am a partner in a long-established practice, and am a board-certified physician and surgeonI have a cosmetic practice, which I run in the same ethical fashion as my medical and surgical practiceObviously one of my goals is to have well taken care of, happy, satisfied patientsI would never try to cheat anyone out of a anything, and I certainly do not "make my money" by throwing away product that people have paid forAll the documentation I have states that this patient received what she paid for at the time of the original service and that she was well aware of the costShe signed consent forms, and she paid in full on the date of serviceThere is no justification or truth in the claim that I or my practice owe her additional products or services. I am rejecting this response because:It is a lieI am not one to complain, especially since she injected it in the right area where I wanted itI was very pleased with her resultsI have been to other places for ***, *** and I have never made a complaintI know I had product left overI would estimate that it is about $200-loss for me and gain for her because if her clients don't catch on to her,..that will be a major profit for herHer patients will simply just buy another $800-worth of *** / ***, and she profits once againShe did the same thing to my sisterSo I know for sure

Review: I purchased and injected [redacted] and [redacted] with [redacted] in [redacted] CT in April 2015. She had told me I have some [redacted] left. It is now August and I wanted to use the rest of it. I called about a month ago and never got a response. I called again yesterday and was given an appointment today 8/25/15. I get there and her "assistant" told me I have no [redacted] left. It was a blatant lie. When I was there in April, [redacted] showed me I had some left. I believe she threw it out, because that's the way they make their money. Every visit is $900.Desired Settlement: I would like what I paid for
