I am rejecting this response because:
I had been a loyal customer of this business for years before this incident happened. I always used the same amount of soap and never had a problem. I just find it odd that one day, all of the sudden, about 10 machines stopped working at the same time, leaving clothes damped for about 7 customers. I find it very unfair that because of one person's mistake, all of the customers had to pay the broken plates. We had to pay extra for other machines to re-wash our clothes, etc. Our names and numbers were taken by the owner's daughter so he could give us a call to resolve this issue, I'm still waiting for this call.
I don't understand how if the dryers have been replaced, 90% of the time there are at least 6 machines that have an "out of service" sign. You go back next week and the next, and there are always different machines that don't work properly. A bunch of times, I've had to take my clothes to dry somewhere else, because after 40 minutes of been in the dryer, they still come out wet. Yes, prices are low, but is because the quality of service is TERRIBLE! the washers are always licking water out and there are always cloth rags on the floor. This place is simply a mess, including customer service. The day of the incident, the owner's daughter was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and had no sympathy or willingness to help the customers. Since then, I've been doing my laundry else where, where the prices are very very similar to this place and the equipment is 1000 times better. Regards,[redacted]
