We have attempted to work with Mr [redacted] to resolve this situation? Attached is the contract he signed that states that we are unable to warranty sod as it is a perishable product? Mr [redacted] was provided with a shade tolerant sod, but unfortunately it did not survive? We offered to replace the sod with a far more expensive sod and offered for him to pay 50% of the job, which we were not obligated to do, as we do not offer any warranty? He chose not to accept our offer, which we believe was more than fair? I have attached his initial signed contract and the email that I sent him to confirm our conversation/offer.?

I am rejecting this response because:Innovative Grass acknowledges they sold me the WRONG type of grass for the location in which it was installedThey are also not giving me any credit for the inappropriately installed failed product, and they are trying to charge me retail prices to rectify their errorI was the one who offered to pay for 1/of the COST of the Grass to rectify this situation
