For consumers that are having problems with their a/c unit please do not call and use Middleton heat airThey have misdiagnosed my issues several times and charged me each timeIn addition they suggested that I replace a compressor that was bad and once the compressor was replaced the issue was still thereNo heat or coolThe second visit the tech told me it was the capacitor and low feonIt was ok for a few days and still no heat The third time the tech told me that it was the thermostatSame issuesIf there comsumers out there that don't have a lot of money to waste on trial and error technicians please don't use Middleton heat and air on Hwy in Bryant, ARZero stars

We had to have our A/C unit repaired due to a leakI contacted Middleton Heat and AirI got an almost immediate response and a technician was scheduled to see usOnce the technician (Sean) arrived he promptly went at the repairsSean explained the problem and offered two possible solutionsI asked Sean which he would recommend and we settled on a solution
Not only did Sean complete the repairs he was thorough, professional and just an all around really nice guyWe were so pleased with the experience I have requested that Sean be our primary technician in the future
Middleton Heat and Air, and Sean, will be our preferred solution to any future problems...professional, personable and competitively priced

Day 1- Thursday April - Schedule at 10am to find the Freon leak They show up at pm and tell me it is in the evaporator coils and they need to be replaced, the part is under warranty so it is only $ for labor and parts but I owe $for visit todayWithin minutes of them leaving our smaller unit which had been working fine and they weren't even called about stops working They will only come back if I pay them another $so I decide to just let them figure out what went wrong when they come back to replace the bigger units evaporator coils Day Big units is temporarily fixed with Freon and small unit stop working
Day - Friday April - They replace the evaporator coils in my large unit and decide the small unit needs a new circuit board but again good news the part is under warranty so it is only $ I make an appointment for them to be at my house no later than 8:on May 4th to replace this Big unit running and small unit off since it needs new boardTotal spent approx$1,
Day - Saturday April - We leave the house for the day since we have kids birthday parties to attend and I set the thermostat at We get home that night and the air is on and it is I wake up in the middle of the night and air is still on and house is still so I know something is wrongunits working
Day - Sunday April - I call the hr number at am and they inform me I will get a call back in the next minutes7:I haven't received a call so I call back and the lady who answers the phone proceeds to throw an employee under the bus and says he won't answer the phone and she can't make him call me I get a call at 9:and let them know the evaporator coils they replaced on Friday are not working and I need someone to come look at them The only response I get is that will be $for me to come out I was surprised by that since I had already paid $1,to get my big unit fixed and they had been out times to work on it and it still didn't work I politely say I think they should come out for free and am informed that it will only be free if it's the same problem, I say ok as it is obviously the same problemThey come and do not charge me and say a part from the new evaporator coil unit came from factory broken I tell them to just come May 4th and fix it when they fix my circuit board on the other unitunits working
Day - Thursday May - It is 8:so I call and ask when they will arrive because I must leave my house at as I had told them I was then told I wasn't on the schedule I told the lady I heard different technicians call and confirm while they were at my house that I was the first appointment today I was put on hold and then informed by the new lady on the phone she was the only person who does scheduling and the technicians did not schedule me with her and whoever I or they talked to was not the person they should have talked to Again, another point the finger blame a coworker jab instead of an apologyShe informed me they could be they at 10: 10:I get a call that now since it is sprinkling in Maumelle we can't do it and will be there the next day Bad luck for me that it was sprinkling but if they would have been here on time that wouldn't have matteredunits working
Day - Friday May - They come to fix the big unit again and replace the circuit board on small unit I talk to technician who arrives and try to let them know I am unhappy with the service I have been given and don't like that I have overpaid for everything I have gotten and still nothing has been fixedI informed him I had called other places and the most expensive quote to install the circuit board was $ I asked them to do it for less than that due to everything they had put us through with very little care about us as the customer and the fact they were at least a $more than everywhere else I was told no we will not do it less than $ I asked if I could have the circuit board that they ordered under warranty for me and was told no because they had to pay for it, I told them that they didn't pay for it since it was free under warranty I asked if I could see they serial number of my unit so I could go order one myself and was told no I then had to go in my attic to get serial number off my unit because they were to rude to even give me my own unit's serial number off their paper work They fixed the broken evaporator coils on the big unit and left unit working and unit nor working
I called another AC company and explained what had happened and how I had been put through the ringer by Middleton and asked for their help in getting a circuit board under warranty They called and got me one ordered that I could pick up Monday May and either pay them to install it or install it myself
Day - May 8, I replaced what Middleton said was broken and nothing has changed so at least I save $

Excellent service since when I first became a customer Can't speak highly enough of this company The owner has called me personally recently when I requested a reduction in a labor fee Not only did he reduce the fee, he waived it entirely when I told him that my husband and I were both disabled!
