Middleton Power Center, Inc.

Middleton Power Center is one of the worst places to take any small engine (i.e lawnmower, chain saw, snow blower, weed sacker) for repairs. I waited six weeks to get my snow blower repaired and it was under warranty. They told me four separate times they'd call me back and didn't. The last straw was when they told me the part to fix my snow blower was back ordered. I finally emailed the manufacturer and told them how horrible MPC was and if not for them I think my snow blower would still be there. I had to take it there as they are a licensed repair service for my brand of snow blower. The manufacturer called them and my snow blower was fixed the next day. Never again will I buy or take anything to be serviced by Middleton Power Center.
