Review: Business appears to have closed. Purchased extended warranties on our appliances and now we have no way to contact them for repair of our Microwave.Desired Settlement: need contact information for our warrenty.

Review: Early October I called Middletown Appliances for a service call on my GE Cafe Line Gas Stove. A technician came to my home on Oct. 16, 2013 and reported that the ignition piece had gone bad, this is the second time, I purchased this stove and microwave from Middletown Appliances on Black Friday 2012 and could not get this stove to work, they came out and discovered this same piece was not working. On October 23rd I called them and was told the piece had not come in. I then called again on October 30th and was told that the lady who ordered parts had quit or was fired, customer service would check into it. Still NO calls from Middletown Appliances. I called again on November 5th and was told the part had never been ordered and [redacted] in customer service would take care of it. This was on a Tuesday and I was told the part could possibly be in by Thursday but no later than Friday. NO phone calls. I called them again Tuesday, November 12th and was told that the part was in but they would not be able to install it until Monday. At this time I told them I would come and get the part and have someone else install it. I have now been without a stove for four weeks and will haveto find someone else to do the installation. What a disappointment in a company that I spent $3000.00 with and to be treated this way. I will never buy from them, recommend them and will go out of my way to make sure that know one I know purchases anything from them.Desired Settlement: I want them to know that you cannot treat customers the way I have been treated. I am a very successful business owner and if I treated my customers the way I have been treated, I would be out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: It has been 3 months and my ice make is still not repaired. They don't return calls and when I do call and talk to the owner he says he will get right on it. This is a new refrigerator still under war entry. When I spoke with him today I asked him tO pick up the frig and refund my money . He will not do this and says he will get it fixed.Desired Settlement: Because it has been so long and so many promises at this time I would like to return it and get a full refund.
