Middletown Fence & Railings

Review: Prior to Memorial Day weekend I had contacted Middletown Fence Co to replace my previously existing fence. They sent an individual out to survey the existing fence. My wife discussed the particulars of the fence replacement with [redacted] (supervisor?) all replacement items were to be the same as the existing items except for two items. The first item requested was a section of privacy fence (which was installed, but has a several inch gap between the fence and house). The second item was suggested by [redacted], he suggested using flat boards for the rail sections (good suggestion, no problems with that). The previous fence had two gates which were to stay in the same place and remain the same size. One of the gates was wide enough for my riding lawn mower enter (appx 46 inches) The new gate is only 30 inches wide, the second gate is not accessible to my mower. The second gate in the rear of the yard does not latch properly. My wife called about the concerns a few times, she was told they were working on other jobs and couldn't make it out until they were done. I called and spoke to [redacted], he was aware of these items and gave me the same story. I asked him why a different size gate was installed , he had several reasons. None of the reasons seemed relevant in my opinion considering he came out and surveyed the property prior. Bottom line, I have not been able to access my yard with my mower prior to Memorial Day Weekend.Desired Settlement: I would like the three discussed items repaired. 1) main gate the same size as the previous gate 2) back gate latch installed properly 3) gap in privacy fence eliminated

I feel these items should be corrected at no charge and in the soonest amount of time possible
