Sir I appreciate yall concerns and if we are not picking up our phones then tell me how ur report states as follows: Talked to Company: 1/3/Talked to Company (2nd): 1/10/Talked to Company (3rd): 1/17/ Just know there are many things wrong with
this report as well as the adledged problems from the clientJust believe things are where they are today because the couple might be wee bit over bearing at times and we ministered to their needs with careful precision and empathy for their pools and spa needs Also just needed a lil note A lil bit of patience would have deemed beneficial to the client Thanks so much for your business, *** *** *** *** Midessa Pool Service office ###-###-#### *** ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:The ONLY time [redacted] picked up the phone in a 4-6 week timeframe was on 1/3, 1/10, and 1/17.When we talked on January 3rd he sincerely apologized for them dropping the ball and gave me several excuses as to why they had not been out to do their work in the past several weeks: technician quit, the holidays, they had moved locations, etc.  While on the phone that day he told me he would have someone at our house that week.   I had not heard from by the 10th, so I called to see when someone would be coming out.  On the 10th he informed me that someone had already come out and they were waiting on parts, and he would be in contact with me to schedule their next service appointment.  I had not heard from him by the 17th, so I called to follow up.  On the 17th he told me he was at dinner and he would call me when he got home and could look at his computer…of course I did not hear from him that evening, and have not been able to get ahold of him or heard from him since the 17th of January. In the beginning, [redacted], the [redacted], had emailed us a quote for installing a heater.  We selected our equipment, and gave the green light to move forward with install.  We did not hear from him after that.  When we were having such trouble getting ahold of [redacted], we tried communicating with [redacted] through email (since he is over operations), and never got any response.   Unfortunately, we did not have a phone number for him. We started working with this company in November.  They were very quick to respond and attentive in the beginning, and started service in a timely manner.  However, after a short period of time, communication quickly dissipated, they stopped responding, and did not schedule any further service appointments. Now, 3 months later, we still do not have a working pool, spa, or heater.  We are honest people and paid our invoices as soon as we got them, to cover any parts and labor needed, so that they would continue to come out to fix our issues.  Obviously that was a mistake on our part, because we have paid Midessa Pool Service over $600 and have nothing to show for it.   I’m not sure how you could call any of this being “impatient” or “overbearing”.
