Midha's Furniture Gallery

Went into Midha's Furniture Gallery two weeks ago and ordered a few items The lady who works there was very nice and knowledgableWe then called today and spoke with herOne of our items was ready to be picked up and the others were going to be delivered When my senior mother got to the store two different employees were there, a man and a woman (first shift for the woman)My mother asked the man if there was a matching end table to the coffee tableHe said yes and showed her the end table that was siting tightly between two couchesShe then paid for it and waited for me to show up with my SUVWhen I got there I asked to see the end table, he ignored me and continued talking to my motherMy mother then asked him to show meHe then asked where I parked my vehicle so he could put it in for meI stated again that I would like to check it out before we leave the store He walked over to the item and moved the couches around itHowever instead of allowing me to look at it he just picked it up and headed to the doorWhen he got to the door I asked again to check it out before he left the storeHe put it downI checked around no scratches, yet when I went to open the drawer it was stuckTried a few times, still stuckI mentioned to him something is wrongHe tried and couldn't open it at firstWhen he finally got it open the drawer would not slide out smoothly like in the coffee table and would not go back inI said to him it is brokenHe said noI said yes the drawer does not slide in or out properly and when you finally got it back it the drawer no longer lines upWe argued back and forth until I said to him we don't want it if it is brokenHe yelled at me stating "who are you to tell me that it is broken?" He then told me to get out of his storeI said I was not going anywhere until we got a refund or a non-broken tableI also mentioned to him that I would have to call a third party to resolve this if he wouldn't return out money or get a different itemHe continued to yell and scream to get outMy mother was trying to calm us downI was so angry I left the store and told my mother not to leave the store until either he gets us a new one or gives a refundAs I left I told him I'd be calling a third party while I was waitingHis attitude quickly changedHe then called another of his stores and got them to put a new table on hold for usWe will pick it up tomorrowHopefully customer service there is better
