I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Lies and more liesThe quote was faxed to me because they thought someone was going to drive out and pick it up, why they thought that when we are miles away and they had the carI was told the car would be ready next WEDNESDAY, not Wed to Fri, WEDNESDAYIf someone had said Wednesday to Friday, I would have known the window of time, and called back anticipating that it might not be readyI never said I was tired of car - because the car in for repair was one of three, lies, lies, and more liesThe tire replacement was on the quote, it was NEVER an issue of ordering or notMy daughter simply asked that they not throw it out the damaged tire so it could be sent for testingI'm tired of thisAnd that is what I told themAND the car is not 100% functional where they did repairsThe passenger back window does not work and the tire they replaced loses air and has to be refilled every 3-daysAm I happy noWould I ever use them again, no But close this case after you send on my replybecause days plus days - the limit of their two quotes is days and at days it WAS STILL NOT READY Regards, [redacted]

First and foremost I will not tolerate being called a liarIf this continues I will refer this matter to my attorney and pursue a defamation lawsuit.I have been in business for over yearsMy company does not or has not ever conducted business in the manner being portrayed by ***. Secondly, *** was given a "Lifetime Guarantee" which I have attachedAt the time of pickup the window was fully functional and the tire had no leaksThat being said, *** has never called with any of her concernsIf she called we would have addressed her concerns. The quote was faxed to me because they thought someone was going to drive out and pick it up, why they thought that when we are 15 miles away and they had the car. 2. I was told the car would be ready next WEDNESDAY, not  Wed to Fri, WEDNESDAY. If someone had said Wednesday to Friday, I would have known the window of time, and called back anticipating that it might not be ready. 3. I never said I was tired of 1 car - because the car in for repair was one of three, lies, lies, and more lies. 4. The tire replacement was on the quote, it was NEVER an issue of ordering or not. My daughter simply asked that they not throw it out the damaged tire so it could be sent for testing. I'm tired of this. And that is what I told them. AND the car is not 100% functional where they did repairs. The passenger back window does not work and the tire they replaced loses air and has to be refilled every 3-4 days. Am I happy no. Would I ever use them again, no.  But close this case after you send on my reply. because 10 days plus 10 days - the limit of their two quotes is 20 days and at 32 days it WAS STILL NOT READY.  Regards,  [redacted]

I spoke to [redacted] on Tues. 7/21/15, 3 days after her date of loss (7 /18/15), and she informed me that she was having an issue with her insurance company and that no one will be coming out to assess the damages to the vehicle. She asked if we could do an estimate to repair and that she will pay...

us for the repair and that her lawyer would recoup her losses from the insurance co. On Mon. 7/27/15 an estimate was written up. On Wed. 7/29/15 Cy (Salvatore) faxed a copy of the estimate to [redacted] and told her that if she agrees to the repairs we would need a deposit of at least 50% down. After that point we tried numerous times to contact [redacted] to see if she decidedto have us repair vehicle. On Tues. 8/25/15 [redacted] came by and put down $3000 deposit towards repair. At that point [redacted] was informed by Cy that it would take at least 7-10 days for the parts to come in and after that it would take 10-14 days to repair vehicle barring any unforeseen damages that we may find after the repairs are started. On Fri. 9/18/15 Elizabeth's mother called and asked when the car will be ready for pickup and I told her it was looking like it may be ready any time between Weds.- Fri. of next week. She became upset and very rude to me and was demanding that the car be ready by end of day and that she was tired of dealing with 1 car in the household. On Weds. 9/23/15 Elizabeth's mom called again to see when it will be ready and I told her it would definitely be ready on Friday 9/25/15 because we were waiting on a tire and an inner door handle part to come in. At that point Elizabeth's mom became belligerent towards me and said, "I am no longer tolerating this I want this car today, this is ridiculous, you have had the car for over 2 months, I can't deal with 1 car in this household anymore with what's going on here." The reason the tire was not ordered sooner is that we were waiting on [redacted] to decide if she wanted us to get a new tire because she wanted to do a road hazard claim on damaged tire.In my opinion I believe that this is a classic case of miscommunication between [redacted] and her mother.
