engaged solely to administer the terms of the above referenced Settlement. As Administrator, Gilardi was authorized to establish a toll free number where callers could receive information about this Settlement. The only number established for that purpose was [redacted] Since early 2013, callers have been obtaining Settlement related information when they called that number and that is still the case today. We have not been engaged to make outgoing calls and I can confirm that the number Mr. [redacted] indicated, 201.841.9373 has not been called by Gilardi in connection with this Settlement.
The number identified by Mr. [redacted], [redacted], is not owned by Gilardi, nor is it associated with Gilardi in any fashion. When one dials that number, one is not connected with Gilardi, but another business entity. Gilardi is unable to address concerns about calls placed by another business entity from a number it does not control.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Mr. [redacted] any further assistance.
