Dear Sir/Madam,
In reply to this complaint We were contacted by an individual who identified themselves as *** *** with the phone number of *** with the address of *** *** *** *** Springfield, OH *** and made an appointment
with us to spray for cockroaches When we arrived at the address for the appointment set by that person, they said they never called After we gave them the telephone number of the person who called us they insisted it was the "daughter in laws" number and she did not call Believe me we do not make up numbers and addresses and just show up with the costs of not only our technicians time but the increasingly cost of fuel In their statement to us they said the "OH someone in our family keeps doing this to us...making joke appointments..it's happened to us before."We said fine and we left and DID NOT BILL THEM
This complaint is just another waste of our company time and money for these people They obviously have issues and are on our credit hold list.
