I am a third party hereMy mother who is now years old has a life insurance policy on my son who is now My mother wants to turn over the policy to my son, and my son wants to start paying on the policyThe Midland Life Insurance company is making it difficult for my son to pay on the policy( he is the beneficiary) They will not give him any information, they will not allow him to pay on his own policyMy mother and my son has submitted two sets of formsIt has been three weeks and no one has heard from anyone from this companyThis is not acceptableMy son does not want the policy to lapse, and as I stated my mother is now years old and she would like my son to take over the policy This company is very short, and do not want to work with my son to try to get this solve Like I said I am a third party here and my son and my mother are not computer savvy so that is why I am sending this on their behalfSomeone should contact my mother ( MsM*** to at least let her know that they have change the policy from her to my son, Mr***Like I said the practices of this company is very unacceptable I feel bad for the elderly people who are going through what my mother and son is going through
