Our Sales Rep has reached out to the customer last week in an attempt to resolve the issue He was headed out of town and they plan to touch base again upon his returnOur insurance carrier denied the claim because, in their opinion, there was no evidence to support (1) the excessive wind speed on the weekend identified nor (2) proof that our driver was responsible for the damage We understand that the customer may have video surveillance information to support his allegations and we are attempting to gain viewing access so that it can be reviewed by one of the managers We will continue to work with the customer to resolve the issue If we find that we are responsible, we will repair the damage
