Review: Serviceman - JEFF was called to diagnose a less than 4 year old frig that was not cooling bought from [redacted] in 2011.Instead of checking things on the frig he immediately diagnosed the problem to be the starter device based upon some clicking noise he heard from the frig. He ordered and installed the part but frig still does not cool. Contacted him via cell phone next day and said he would get back in touch with me. Since then he refuses to contact the homeowner to remedy the problem. Calls and voice messages have been left with the office and on the repairman's business cell phone.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for a part of $53 that was installed that does not work.I also would like to receive a diagnosis of the problem with the frig that I never received.

Had a 9am appointment to have my washing machine looked at. Scheduler told me I'd be first on list since I had an 11am appointment elsewhere. I gave scheduler my machine make and model # so repairman would have as much info as possible ahead of time. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting for someone to show and multiple phone calls to the business without any contact made (all voicemail boxes were 'full') I left. I made a negative report to Home Advisors who recommended this business. Magically, I received a call from the business 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled appt. Call was received on the phone that they said was no longer in service......Hmmmmm!
