As requested, Midlothian Mechanical returned my motor and fan and took their motorDespite their claims to the contrary, they did not contact me or my daughter between 3/and 4/3/with any updateDuring that time we had no heat and below average cold weather Regards, Shirley Dance

The outdoor units were installed per the homeowners association who is paying for the project The homeowners association hired an engineer to design the project They were installed per the engineered drawings, per direction from the homeowners association Any changes to the location will have to go through the association We have to do as directed As far as his unit not working he needs to call our office [redacted] to alert us to a problem This project is not complete and there are several other trades working on site that could cause a unit to go down periodically so each one has to be responded to in a case by case basis

To Whom It May Concern,There are still issues with my air conditioning not workingI called and got no response, I left a message and I haven't heard back from themThe pumps that were installed that make a lot of noise were not addressed in the message from the businessThe pump on the living room unit has never workedThe pumps that were installed are very cheapThey rattle and come on every or minutes in the morning when it warms up.It was discussed with the [redacted] that pumps wouldn't be installed in front of my windows at a community meetingMidlothian Mechanical blames [redacted] and the Engineer but gave no names and contact informationI will call [redacted] again and write a letter to them and the engineerThe Heat pump will be moved and I will file a complaint against [redacted] and the Engineer if necessary[redacted] ***

They had a failure on there equipment (furnace) which we had to order thru a manufacture that we have not dealt with beforeThe problem was getting the parts and finding there was a part that was not correctWe reordered part and found out a week later that they never process itSo another week later we received the part that was not correct againI email the daughter and tried to call the homeowner about what is going onA week later the daughter replied back saying the just want the old parts backAgain, I called the homeowner several time to set up a appointment to come out and bring the old parts back3-days later she finally call me back and I went out on 4-10-and brought her there old parts and again explained to the homeowner what had happenedHopefully she is not upset with us, but with the manufactureI waited until now to respond back, due to wanting to make sure I was able to talk to the customer first and take care of there request Tell us why here

week later we received the part that was not correct again. I email the daughter and tried to call the homeowner about what is going on. A week later the daughter replied back saying the just want the old parts back. Again, I called the homeowner several time to set up a appointment to come out and bring the old parts back. 3-4 days later she finally call me back and I went out on 4-10-18 and brought her there old parts and again explained to the homeowner what had happened. Hopefully she is not upset with us, but with the manufacture. I waited until now to respond back, due to wanting to make sure I was able to talk to the customer first and take care of there request.  Tell us why here...

location will have to go through the association.  We have to do as directed.  As far as his unit not working he needs to call our office [redacted] to alert us to a problem.  This project is not complete and there are several other trades working on site that could cause a unit to go down periodically so each one has to be responded to in a case by case basis.

I have 2 zone units installed 2003 for years had yearly tune ups never trouble found. Spring (April) of 2013 called Midlothian Mechanical first time for yearly tune up they found a blown capacitor and fuse 400.00 plus repair on my heat pump for downstairs system.

December 2013 Same heat pump which was repaired my tenants stated no warm air blowing Called Midlothian mechanical since they did last tune up and repair and assured me units were working properly in spring. Technician found my heat pump had shut off due to low pressure and that refrigerant @ 88.00 a lb was needed in order to have unit turn back on. Technician called me back and said the unit was now working but I may have a slow leak which he couldn't determine.

Though is possible of coincidence seems the low pressure should have been detected during the spring tune up.

My experience is I haven't had expensive repairs or troubles until Midlothian Mechanical worked on my system for that reason I would never use their services in future or refer their services to anyone....
