This company sent me more contacts than I paid for and orderedThey informed me I need to bring them back and or mail them to themI work full time and don’t have time to do this or have the funds to mail back themThis was there mistake and they should handle the cost of getting back what they overspent to me and they are threatening to send me a bill for what they accidentally sent meThey keep calling me and it’s harassment

A typographical error occurred on the patient's order, and too many boxes of what she ordered were sent. When we found out about the error, we acknowledged and took responsibility for the mistake, and apologized, but we did state that we would need the boxes returned. The patient called
us initially regarding confusion about the number of boxes. We then called her back once, and only once, to remedy the situation and make arrangements for the return of the boxes, and we never expected to burden her. However, at that point the patient became irate, and hung up on the staff before we could even offer to send a prepaid label or box, or offer appeasement for her troubles. We did not discuss billing her for the erroneous shipment. One phone call to try and remedy the situation and sending the prepaid box was the only contact we made with her, and we were in no way menacing or harassing. The patient fully received all services and materials for which she paid, and the amount of the boxes that were shipped in error retails for $***. Being a small business and not a multi-million dollar corporation, we wanted to correct the error as possible. We sent a prepaid box to her as soon as possible, so that she did not have to travel or mail at her own expense. She did call back to discuss the situation once again, as well as to say that she had put the extra order in the box to ship back. We ended that phone call cordially, and we wish her well. We do apologize for the error, and we acted to remedy the situation efficiently and without a monetary burden on anyone else
