Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted]  The owner sold me a car with issues. When I called I spoke with Jennifer she told me she knew that the battery light was on when she sold me the car. She told me she had Mercedes Benz of Pittsburgh check it out and fix it. The problem was never fixed upon delivery the battery light came back on after I purchased the car. The car was never repaired they just reset the code and sold it to me. The owner NEVER sold me to go to a Mercedes Benz dealer for service at any point. The owner NEVER offered me an extended warranty at the time of sale. The warranty that was given to me was for an 06 Mercedes Benz E350 witch I never purchased nor did I agree to the terms. When I spoke to the owner about my first issue his response was help me sell your car and maybe I can give you money back. This Mercedes Benz was never repaired by the dealership they claimed.

To whom it may concern:This letter is in response to the complaint filed by [redacted].The timeline of her events is as follows:• 02/20/2016: Purchased a 2004 Nissan Murano for 9034.54 plus tax and fees for a total of9,727.66. She financed the vehicle so she put a down payment of 3,250 and had a...

total payoffamount of 6,477.66. She was to make a monthly payment of $308.46. She made one partialpayment on that for $250.• 04/04/2016: She said she no longer liked the Nissan and wanted to trade it in for 2009Hyundai Sonata. She still had a payoff on the Nissan but we took that back as a trade inallowance and brought her total due down to $6,226.66. Her monthly payments would dropdown to $280 per month and again there was no interest charge. We do not charge interest, regardless of credit.• 7/24/2017: After being repeatedly called for payments, [redacted] called the dealership andinformed us that she will no longer be paying anything on the vehicle because she didn't wantto anymore. She still has a total of $2,312.26 in outstanding vehicle loans.• 7/24/2017: Her vehicle was repossessed again, this time she used the vehicle to causedamage to other cars parked in the neighborhood, the police were called and the vehicle wasgiven back to the lienholder. The vehicle has collision damage all around itI am attaching the Bill Of Sale for both the vehicles, the first one she purchased and traded in andthen the second one she purchased. Now, over a year later she feels that she has made enoughpayments and doesn't want to pay for the vehicle that she is driving. We did not hear anything fromher for over a year, she was in sound mind when she made both the decisions to buy the vehicles.

perfect condition, we had it serviced from a Mercedes-Benz dealer and they never discovered any of the items he has listed to our attention. Mr. [redacted] did call and complain about the vehicle to which we asked him to take the vehicle to a Mercedes-Benz dealer service center and have them send us a diagnostic. We never received any documentation from him or the Mercedes-Benz dealer service center. As for the items he has listed as defective, they were not defective when he purchased the vehicle. These are also not covered under the warranty provided by us, the dealer. Since none of the items are covered by the warranty, his claim was denied. As stated above, there was nothing wrong with the vehicle when we sold it to him. And as for his claim that the vehicle fails under a lemon, the lemon law only applies to new vehicle not used.If you have any questions, please call Midnight Racing Auto LLC at [redacted]. Thank You,Arvah R[redacted]Business ManagerMidnight Racing Auto LLC04/01/2016

Regards,
Gregory [redacted]After rejecting the owners response I then called him and he came to the agreement of compensating me $100.00. We agreed and he has asked me to put it in writing for him. Terrible. I purchased a car from this place and not even within 24 hours of owning it I needed a repair. The owner said he knew about the problem and wouldn't fix it. After that I also found out the car had a head gasket issue that he will not cover. Also during the purchase I was not informed that I could purchase an extended warranty. The owner is very rude. I hope someone will learn from my mistake and never shop here.

Review: I purchased a car less then 21 days ago and have encountered problems within less then 24 hours of ownership. It all started when I was driving home from the day of purchase and the battery light came on. I called and spoke to a Jenn. I explained what was going on and Jenn told me she knew about the battery light coming on it happend to her when she was driving. She then told me she took it to Mercedes Benz [redacted] and had the problem taken care of. I took it to Shop and they told me the alternator was bad. I spoke to the owner after and his exact words to me were "if I had room id replace the alternator for you" then he hung up on me. I had the alternator replaced . After driving away the battery light came back on I took it to another shop they told me I needed a new accessory battery because the current one was reading low. They replaced it battery light still contuines to come on. A few days later the check engine light comes on and I have the camshaft positioning sensor replaced by a shop the car contuines to spit and sputter and shake. Now here we are today and the radio will not turn on the battery light still comes on the car is also leaking oil. not only that the car has a current PA inspection and was told by a certified shop that the brake rotors should of never passed inspection due to be very rusted. Also the car is leaking tons of oil from engine. The owner told me when I purchased the car that nothing was wrong with it everything is fine. He keeps dodging my phone calls and emails. I am in tears because I can't even drive the car without being nervous about something braking. As of 3/30/16 the 07 Mercedes S550 4-Matic is unable to be driven due to electrical malfunctions this afternoon. The EPS light is on and the ABS light is on transmission will not shift. The radio will not run back on and the battery light is still displaying on the dash. There is also washer fluid leaking from the passenger side headlight washer resivor. Engine oil is still flowing into the coolant resivor. At the time of purchased I was told the car had a full 100% 30Day warranty. [redacted] from Revdex.com asked me to send a copy of my paper work. The FTC warranty that had my initials on it witch I did not sign or agree to are for a 2006 Mercedes Benz E350 4-Matic. The vin number provided on the warranty for the FTC does not match the car I purchased. Car will be towed to certified Mercedes Benz mechanic3/30/16 or 3/31/16 for another diagnosis. Desired Settlement: I would like the owner to purchase this lemon back for the full purchase price plus the tax. Or I would like the owner to compensate me for all the previous repairs plus the current ones to make the car right.
