Midnight Towing & Recovery Reviews (4)

We are contracted by the apartments which are section housing and in an effort the the local police they are trying to cut down on the drug activity that has been going on at the apartments The apartments have implemented a parking permit policy so that only tenents of the property can be parked there between the hours of 11pm and 7am The tenants were given a copy of the rules with their parking permits that clearly state that they must be visible from the roadway and must be parked with the permit facing the road I am not sure of the circumstances with this specific vehicle but if the permit is not facing the road we have been told to tow them as the owners are aware of the rules The issue we have been running into is people with expired tags who have their permits on the back of the vehicle back in so that they can not see their tags as they will be towed for expired tags so if the permit is not facing the road and they are towed for that reason With section housing they are very stick on their rules and guidelines and they must be followed If I knew which vehicle it was I could tell you exactly why it was towed but without that information I must just assume

*** In regards to the complaint *** we have inspected the damage to the vehicle and have determined that there was pre-existing damage to the vehicle that could not have occurred by towing the vehicle There is a scrape under
the passenger side headlight, cracks and scrapes to the front bumper, and yellow paint transfer all under the front bumper It looks as the customer hit something yellow at some point and just may have just had the bumper held up by a broken clip There is no true damage to the vehicle other than a clip on the bumper that looked as it had been broke for some time With the amount of pre-existing damage to the front of this vehicle I can not hold a driver accountable for this damage. Sincerely, *** ***

We are contracted by the apartments which are section 8 housing and in an effort the the local police they are trying to cut down on the drug activity that has been going on at the apartments.  The apartments have implemented a parking permit policy so that only tenents of the property can be...

parked there between the hours of 11pm and 7am.  The tenants were given a copy of the rules with their parking permits that clearly state that they must be visible from the roadway and must be parked with the permit facing the road.  I am not sure of the circumstances with this specific vehicle but if the permit is not facing the road we have been told to tow them as the owners are aware of the rules.  The issue we have been running into is people with expired tags who have their permits on the back of the vehicle back in so that they can not see their tags as they will be towed for expired tags so if the permit is not facing the road and they are towed for that reason.  With section 8 housing they are very stick on their rules and guidelines and they must be followed.  If I knew which vehicle it was I could tell you exactly why it was towed but without that information I must just assume.

I Paid the $50.00 towing bill.
