Review: I pay this company to park in the parking garage at the [redacted] Federal Building in [redacted] - I work at the [redacted] - because I am disabled and can't walk far. I overpaid by $50 in July because the check I had given the manager who runs the parking garage in [redacted] was misplaced or lost, and when I went to pay for August, the young lady who works there told me to write a check for the two months ($100). She said if the July ($50) check did come through, she would shred it since she does the posting and would see it. The very next day (8/4), both checks went through the bank. I printed the front and back of both checks from my online bank statement and gave them to Mr. T[redacted] (the manager) on 8/6 and requested a refund of the overpayment of $50 as I was overdrawn in my account by that plus a $35 over the limit fee. I got the runaround for two weeks and finally started calling the headquarters in Washington early last week. After no response, I insisted on talking to someone last Thursday, 8/14 and spoke with a Brian who is apparently the owner. I faxed copies of both checks and repeated an explanation in the cover sheet and I was told a check would be sent to me. I called today to see when I would get it and was told that the office in [redacted] had my money and was supposed to give it to me in cash. However, the young lady in the office was very nasty with me the last time I spoke with her (before calling headquarters) and told me that neither she nor headquarters were going to give me my money back. I am still getting the runaround and am very upset. The company got $50 more than they were supposed to and I really don't understand what the problem is with them paying me back. The headquarters website claims they are an accredited Revdex.com business (I tried to copy and paste the symbol - [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $50 ASAP. It's been almost a month and the money was replaced in my bank account out of my paycheck deposit. I am still out of $50. I have been treated disrespectfully by all parties involved, and I did nothing wrong! I am filing this complaint as a last resort as the issue has apparently not been resolved, as I thought it had been.
