Hey ***, *** ***, is asserting that her group didn’t receive their goods / service as promised at *** *** *** *** on 5/18/and are demanding a refund(A refund that we are not opposed to giving if acceptable to both sides in this matter) Upon arrival Mrs*** and her group
were greetedWhen the discussion of the total cost came up, Mrs*** claimed that she was not aware the $cost didn’t include “TAX” and “Gratuity” which would then drive the cost up over $(see attachments to this email) On the contrary, by purchasing this VIP table online they agreed to clearly stated instructions that were listed in separate places, during the purchase process explaining the costs, plus receiving an email and a reminder email with the same informationMore specifically, the table was prepaid via our ticketing system which clearly included detailed instructions during the purchase phase "pre-purchase" with info listed on the ticket page, "during purchase" on the purchase page & "after-purchase" with email confirmation and reminders. Attached are the screenshots of the information that was clearly listed to themAnd by purchasing this table, they agreed to these terms. Aside from this, we experienced issues with this group alsoThey were intoxicated and verbally unrulyWhen they were told that each table is only allowed the set amount of guest agreed on at purchase (not to mention the event was sold out and at capacity), A member or *** *** herself, took a swing at my female VIP attendee in the frontEven after all this we still permitted her party to enter the venue and cancel her booth(which then cost us money as it stayed empty) she was still able to view the show and stayed for the event. As stated above we are willing to refund up to $in this matter based on the overall experience from our side and the fact we still let them in to the showEven after swinging at our female attendee who was just doing her job.
