We used Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing & Drainage to waterproof our basement The job was completed beyond expectations They tied an additional downspout into the system The downspout had been causing problems with our landscaping and I wasn't expecting them to fix it The grading and reseeding was very well done The thing that really stood out was the patience showed by Gil and his staff when dealing with my questions If Gil wasn't on site, he always answered his phone, even well after working hours His crew was very kind and took the time to fully answer any questions I had We would definitely recommend using Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing & Drainage
Just had my exterior basement wall repaired and a water drainage system The workers were there when they said they would be and explained the work they would be doing While completing the job the workers would stop and answer any question I had about the work they were doing The works took good care to keep their mess to a minimum and was sure to clean everything up when they were done They even replanted grass seeds where they had to dig up my yard The job was completed in the timeframe I was originally quoted The next day we got a really heavy, all day rain and I did not have to mop up any water thank you ***
I had several cracks in the cinder block foundation in my year old home With all the late summer heavy rains, I had a small stream running through the basement Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing came out and removed all the soil away from the foundation, laid tile below the footers, waterproofed the walls and put a plastic seal They also connected all the downspouts to the tiles and put in a battery-backup sump pump The men on the job worked hard and was finished quickly Over the weekend with over 1/inches of rain the basement stayed dry Good job

We just got the house , right after Christmas and they were in and out in 3 days as Quoted. The seller had got in touch with CBW and got the quote. There was more
cracks in the walls than expected, but CBW took care of the extras with no charge. It's been about 4 months now without a problem. They did a good deal of prep to ensure the inside of the house stayed clean ( taping off ducts and covering all openings with plastic & there cleanup was very good.
