information and issue with the windows, the factory takes care of the rest. I am sure the sashes are in production since I have a written confirmation from the factory. The two phone calls that we have on record, we immediately called the factory, and were assured they will contact the customer once sashes were complete. The factory does close for a winter break.What is really important that I must add, Gallagher Bros and [redacted] stand behind their material and installations. Most manufactures would not cover the labor after 8 years of installation. [redacted] does that for Gallagher Bros because we are a reputable company.
