Thank you for trusting us with your recent relocation. Moving during normal times is very stressful and adding COVID 19 into the equation makes it even more so. We are so happy we were able to meet your needs during this time and find solutions for all of your concerns. Karen is very on hands with our customers and is all about living up to the standards of the company.
Midsouth Moving and Storage took excellent care of us and our belongings from start to finish! Karen was always available and always responded immediately to any questions or needs, and the movers were professional, careful, quick and nice. We couldn't be at the "move out" from our apartment and our friends accidentally had the movers take a bookcase onto the truck that didn't belong to us. I was able to reach the driver and he didn't hesitate to return back to our apartment to put back the bookcase that was accidentally removed! We've moved many times and we've never had such a positive experience - I would highly recommend them, I wouldn't call anyone else.

I want to say that using Mid South Moving and Storage was one of the best decisions we made while our house was being built. They moved our belongings and put them in their storage facility. They took all the stress off of us during this time. Karen was awesome as she always stayed in touch with us up until the day we moved in our new home. Their employees are very professional and took great care of our belongings. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great local company to move their home or business.

Owner Mr. B called us from his personal phone on a Sunday night after we had a terrible experience with a previous company. He worked with us, and he was able to get a crew down in just two days. I probably spent 30 - 40 minutes on the phone over the two day period, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was extremely caring and sensitive to the bad experience we went through with another company. His crew called about an hour before arrival, and they arrived at 9 AM after a two and half hour drive. LD, Milton, and Andre were all professional and efficient. They had a quick lunch, but they knocked out a 3 bed, 2 bath 2,100 square foot house in about 3:30 minutes + 30 minute lunch. As of now, they are storing the furniture in their private, climate controlled storage facility until we can move into our new home. I would highly recommend this company, and I am thankful for them.

Thank you for your kind words. it was our pleasure to come to your rescue after the horrible experience that you dealt with from the Moving Broker that you had originally scheduled and turn away at the last minute for your move.
As I recently stated, Brokers have no Trucks or Personnel and are only interested in getting your Deposit. They then Sub-Contract your move online out to anyone who will take it, completely removing quailty of service control from your hands. Most Sub-Contractors are usually misled about the Shipment's size by those Brokers leaving you with a dispute regarding a change in your Moving price. They usually even hold your Furniture hostage until the new increased Bill is paid. There are thousands of Incident reports of this happening daily Nationwide that can be read on the Internet. I am so glad that you recognized this being the case prior to your move becoming even a greater disaster. It's unfortunate that the Broker still made off with your $600.00 Deposit.
As Stated earlier, you may still have some recourse against that Broker. Please go to my Website at https://www.midsouthmovingandstorage.com

This will put you on the right path with your effort to not only file a complaint against that Broker but hopefully recover your Deposit.

I have used midsouth moving and storage twice and both time there were wonderful and fairly priced. The men show up on time, are courteous and work non stop. Also making sure that they are placing your furniture in the right place. I'd use them anytime and highly recommend. They moved me from one home to another and in between stored my furniture until my new house was ready. 4 months of storage and all came back perfect! Best movers I've ever had.

Allen and his team are outstanding. They are very professional. They have moved me several times with no incident - nothing broken or misplaced. I would not recommend or use them again. I went with them after checking with other companies because of their reviews. I had everything that needed to be moved already packed and labeled if it was fragile on top of the box I have found boxes upside down and side ways. My wife and I started setting up furniture in the bedrooms and the furniture has scratches on it. I have a bedroom suit that has never been moved and by no means was cheap to purchase that has scratches all over it. The more I unpack the more problems I am finding. Needless to say we are not happy with how much we paid and what our furniture looks like after a professional moving company has moved us. I Have learned my lesson and will do it myself next time.

I am very concerned because this is the first notice we have had of any dissatisfaction regarding your move. Your Move was done on one of our 32 ft.Trucks with 3 Professional Movers and Equipment on Saturday morning June 30th with us leaving our Warehouse at 6:00 am, per your request, to get as early of a start as possible. You moved from Somerville TN to Brighten TN. Your Wife stated to me when She booked the Move that you Sir, even though you had a Back Injury, was never in favor of hiring movers in the first placr. She also said your Family had already moved everything from upstairs to the downstairs Living Room and Garage area in an effort to speed things up and reduce the cost of the Move. All the Boxes were packed by you and your Family and were moved and pre-staged in the Garage and Living Room before we ever touched them.
I paid all three of my Men that day for 14 hours total wages for your Move with the additional Travel Time outside our normal local zone. You were only billed for 8 hours plus a one hour Service Charge. My Guys indicated to me when they came in that Evening that you were not happy about the Price of the Move. However, there ended up being a lot of things added to the move at the end of the Truck that were not described or listed to go with us that morning during the initial walk through. I realize as She stated that you were not happy about her hiring Movers to begin with and that you had always done a self move in the past and was not interested in paying someone else for this service.
Not once prior to you posting this did anyone ever complain about the speed or efficiency of any member of our Crew. Please note that we always go above and beyond and strive to make every Customer's Moving Experience the best we can possibly make it on every move. We are not perfect, although we care very much about the quality of our Service and strive and hope for perfection on each Move. Please accept my apology for you dissatisfaction now, 9 days following the Move. My phone is always on if you wish to have further discussion in regard to this.
Excellent workers who worked quickly with care and utmost professionalism. Will definitely use them again.
