I had damage from hail storms, Mid-South replaced our roof. The owner left the country and never came back to over see or answer our complaints/ questions for weeks at a time. There was a leak around the chimney that was not there before the worked on my roof. This company installed improper grouting and flashing. They were unable to stop my leak. They demanded full pay even though they left with my roof still leaking
