This company came to our house to clean our furnace. They left a vent open in the furnace which dumped all the oil in the tank on the floor and when we complained about it, they offered no apologies or resolutions. We lost all the oil that was in the tank. Very unprofessional and poor quality of service all around. Plus this is a LLC company. If they go bankrupt, then you can kiss any money you prepaid for services good bye.

Review: Signed up on 1/10/14 for a furnace service contract that runs for one year. They charged my [redacted] charge card on that day for $224.95.Never received a signed contract. Tried to call for the contract and service on Feb 7, 2014. Phone number no longer in service.Phone number....[redacted]Midstate Services LLC[redacted] CtRevdex.com has them listed as A+Please check this out immediately. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund. Appears they are no longer in business. Would like it published so that others with this company are aware that their contracts are useless.

I am rejecting this response because: I called [redacted] the owner this morning. It was his cell phone number that he gave to me previously. I left a message. He did call me back hours later in the day. He promises to send us a signed service plan contract. Will let you know when he completes this request.
