To Whom it May Concern,   As per my telephone discussion on 4/**/2017, here is my response to complaint ID # [redacted].   I investigated this complaint and discovered that upon entering my garage, my attendant as required on each transaction, inspected the customers car and discovered that...

the customers car had damage on the bumper. In fact, my night supervisor stopped the 3 women who were eager to get on there way to point out directly that their car entered the garage with damage. The three woman were in a hurry to leave the garage and they clearly stated back to my supervisor that it was OK and that they already were aware that there was damage on the car before entering. This was witnessed by 1 other parking attendants working that evening.     The 3 ladies later returned to pick up their car and paid my supervisor. It should be mentioned that 2 of the woman seemed under the influence of alcohol and proceeded to verbally press that there was damage on their car. My supervisor stated again that the damage was already on the car when they entered the garage and he had pointed it out to them before they left. At that time, one of the ladies called the police department which arrived at the garage. No police report was completed. The police left the garage and the ladies took the managers business card and later filed a complaint.    I have owned and operated this garage for over 20+ years and take pride in servicing my customers. In the unfortunately event of an accident or damage, I have always taken responsibility to repair the vehicle and make things right for the customer. [Your Answer Here]To The Revdex.com and [redacted]:In regards to your response regarding complaint ID: [redacted]; I completely disagree with your statement. What you have stated is completely false and inaccurate. First of all, there was only 2 people in attendance with dropping the car off. I have the copy of the ticket left in my car, which is attached, where no damage was marked on the diagram of the car. If your attendant remembers this case so clearly as you stated, why did they not mark the damage on the ticket? The police where in fact called, by me, and the police officer stated that it is the parking attendants responsibility to mark any damage on this ticket, which they did not. A police report was not filed because, as stated by the police officer, since the garage is private property, they are liable for any damage, and if a police report is filed, then my insurance would be notified.  When dropping off the car, the 2 of us where not in a hurry to leave, as we wanted to verify the total price for parking and any restrictions regarding time constraints for when the car can be picked up.  In fact, the attendant was trying to push us out the door by not completely answering our questions and just giving us "yes" answers when details where asked.  When picking up the car, there were 3 of us and yes 2 of the women had consumed alcohol earlier in the night; however, I was driving and did not consume any, as I was 6 months pregnant at the time.  When we questioned the night manager about the damage, his response was that I was drunk and I did not know what I was talking about. You said you take pride in servicing your customers, however, I do not believe this behavior backs up your statement.  I was told by the night manager to call back the following weekday to speak to the day manager. For over a month, I have called dozens of times and was treated completely unprofessionally and straight out rudely.  I was hung up on, my phone calls were avoided and/or not returned, I was told progress was being made and a check was being sent, which never came.  If you felt you were not responsible, that statement was never made to me in the month of making contact. I asked numerous times for the owners contact information and I was refused and eventually my calls were left unanswered, leaving me no other choice then to pursue another action.  This business absolutely does NOT value it's customers and the service it provides, and in my opinion has no intention of ever taking responsibility for their actions and accidents incurred within their facility.  I completely disagree with your statement and I am not satisfied this case should be closed.  I will continue to argue that you are at fault and my car was damaged while in your facility.  [redacted]
