Has had my vehicle for two years and won't return my callsI am ready to file grand theft charges on them

Review: I own a 2012 MINI Cooper Countryman and decided to take it here because their sign says HAND WASH. I took it in on Monday, May 19. They used a POWER WASHER on the roof which destroyed the Union Jack graphic on the sun roof panels. There is a large hole in the rear panel and it is peeling away from the front section. They refused to take any responsibility and said it must have been a piece of st (their words) to begin with. It will cost me over $300 to get it replaced. I can provide photos if you want them.I have taken this vehicle through another "conventional" car wash in the area at least 10 times since I purchased it with no problems what so ever.Desired Settlement: I believe the business should assume the responsibility of paying for the damage. Their sign on [redacted] says HAND WASH, not HAND WASH (but we also use a power washer).
